This externa rotor wedge machine is designed for wheel motor stator wedge insertion. The wedge insertion has two working stations and the wedge inserting process is done automatically.Indexing automatically driven by servo system, wedge feeding and inserting pneumatically. The working frequency is infinitely variable speed. The slot number and wedge inserting slot can be set in the HMI. After wedge is finished, machine will auto alarm.
The machine has remote diagnosis function.
